Greg Austin:

Greg Austin has served as President of Professional Case Management (PCM) since 2005 leading its expansion to a nationwide provider of specialty home health services. Mr. Austin also serves as a member of the Professional Advisory Board. He has led strategic and marketing initiatives in the healthcare service and media industries for over 20 years. Prior to joining PCM, he served as a senior leader of Strategy and Corporate Development at Dex Media where he was responsible for developing and driving digital growth strategies.  He was also a key member of the transaction team in the company’s $9.5 billion sale in 2006. As a Senior Management Consultant for Computer Sciences Corp., he led healthcare engagements driving operational efficiencies, improving quality of care and streamlining systems to maximize profitability.

Mr. Austin is a founding member of the Advisory Committee for the community resource organization, Cold War Patriots, created to connect nuclear weapons and uranium workers with information, resources and people necessary to help them with their individual situations. .

Mr. Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado – Denver.

 

Brad Drevno:

Brad Drevno joined Professional Case Management as the Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Mr. Drevno brings over 21 years of executive leadership experience from General Electric and Accenture to the PCM team. His career has focused on Organizational and Operational leadership where he was responsible for developing and leading global operating teams in multiple capacities including as the Client Customer, the Quality Leader, the Operations leader and the Client Account lead. He has specialized in improving operating processes through Six Sigma methodology and developing, mentoring and coaching high performing teams. Most recently, he led the Commercial Operating functions for Accenture’s North American Health & Public Service industry vertical.

Mr. Drevno received his bachelor’s degree from California State University. He currently supports several nonprofit organizations and serves as an Executive Board Member at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

 

Curtis Fletcher:

Curtis Fletcher joined Professional Case Management as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Mr. Fletcher has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. He previously served as the CFO for Local Matters, Inc. a leading provider of online technology solutions and services focused on the local search industry. While at Local Matters he managed all aspects of the finance, accounting and administrative functions and was directly involved in numerous fundraising events and multiple acquisitions.

Prior to Local Matters, Mr. Fletcher held senior finance positions with several technology development companies including TIAN Software and ProductBuzz and was a practicing CPA with an international accounting firm.

Mr. Fletcher earned his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, his master’s degree from the University of Alabama and is a licensed certified public accountant.

 

Laura Alms:

Laura Alms joined Professional Case Management as In-House Counsel in 2014. Ms. Alms has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, advocating for her clients. She is an active member in the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Throughout her career, her practice has focused on personal injury, real estate, commercial litigation and trial advocacy. During her tenure as a Denver attorney, she has served as an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Alms received bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, during which time she was selected to serve in the Washington Center Internship Program in Washington D.C. Ms. Alms received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.

 

Tee Lea Ong:

Tee Lea Ong joined Professional Case Management as chief marketing officer and chief outreach officer in 2013. Mr. Ong has over 24 years of strategic marketing and channel marketing experience. Most recently, he served as vice president and head of marketing at WildBlue Communications, a leading provider of broadband communications to rural US. Prior to Wild Blue Communications he served at Alta Colleges, Inc. as corporate vice president and head of strategy. He held various senior positions at communications and media companies including Verizon, Qwest and Dex Media, Inc. Mr. Ong started his career in the consulting industry with the Boston Consulting Group, and worked as a Principal at Capgemini.

Mr. Ong earned a master’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree from City University of New York.

 

Susan Jerlow:

Susan Jerlow joined Professional Case Management as Vice President of Information Systems in 2016.  Early in her career, Mrs. Jerlow served as the President and CEO of a federal credit union in northern California, where she recognized her passion for the technology that enabled the adoption of new financial products and services.  In pursuit of this passion, she made a career change in 1996 to Information Technology, and has been working in IT ever since.  In recent years, she has led technology projects at Dish Network, Nissan North America and HCA Healthcare in Nashville, where she worked as IT Director of CRM Customer Engagement.

 

Mrs. Jerlow earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Cass Ohnstad:

Cass Ohnstad joined Professional Case Management in 2008 and serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Staffing. She is also is a member of the Professional Advisory Board. Mrs. Ohnstad has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, most of which have been in the health care industry. Before joining PCM, Mrs. Ohnstad worked at Exempla Healthcare (SCL Healthcare) for eight years, where she was involved in onboarding, recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement activities. She also worked for Sun Microsystems where she was involved in onboarding and nationwide compliance activities.

Mrs. Ohnstad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources – Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.

 

Kathryn McIver:

Kathryn McIver has served as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for Professional Case Management since 2015. Kathryn brings extensive knowledge of business process improvement to the team. Before joining the PCM team, Ms. McIver worked for The Denver Hospice as a Lean program manager, where she was responsible for developing the performance excellence and process improvement program.

Ms. McIver earned her bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology and Society at the University of Denver and her Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University. She also received a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Villanova University.

 

Kevin Fitzgerald:

Kevin Fitzgerald has served as Vice President of Community Outreach for Professional Case Management since 2010. Before joining the PCM team, he served as Regional Manager for Sales and Marketing Operations, for the Rocky Mountain region of McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 15 health care services company. Mr. Fitzgerald’s experience with health care services and his commitment to assist clients with receiving quality health care in the privacy and comfort of their own home under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act is an invaluable asset to PCM’s current and future clients.

Mr. Fitzgerald earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Marketing from the University of Iowa.

 

Tim Lerew:

Tim Lerew joined the PCM team in 2006 as Vice President of Caregiver Outreach. Mr. Lerew also serves as Chairman to the Cold War Patriots Advisory Committee. He works to share information about the benefits of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) with nuclear weapons and uranium workers and their families. Mr. Lerew has experience in marketing and outreach efforts for multiple firms, financial and technology companies.

Mr. Lerew earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific and a master’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College of California.

 

Rick Heth:

Rick Heth joined Professional Case Management as its executive vice president in 2010, and leads PCM’s mobile clinical research division, PCM TRIALS. Mr. Heth has 14 years’ experience building and leading health care and technology companies. Mr. Heth served as president of NexScreen, an in-vitro diagnostics company, for several years. Under his guidance and management, revenues and profits doubled in this highly competitive market.

Prior to NexScreen, Mr. Heth built and led the U.S. subsidiary of an Australasian software company for seven years. Mr. Heth has held consulting positions including project management and information technology (Andersen Consulting) developing large-scale systems, including a health care management system.

Mr. Heth earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

 

Julie Church-Thomas:

Julie Church-Thomas has been with Professional Case Management since 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of a division of PCM, PCM Trials. Ms. Church-Thomas founded the division in 2008 and has played an integral role in development and implementation of a unique staffing model, marketing and public relations efforts, business development and operations. She has a strong background in nonprofit management, public relations, marketing, fundraising and business development. She has worked in various industries and has experience in publishing, community redevelopment and hospital public relations. Prior to joining the PCM team, Mrs. Church-Thomas served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization for 10 years.

Ms. Church-Thomas received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado.
